[lug-ld] Berechtigungen bei neuen Dateien

OMG!!! Das schlüsselwort "bestimmtes verzeichniss" habe ich glatt
überlesen.... Sorry

Liegt das Verzeichniss auf einer eigenen Partition wäre dmask und fmask als
mount Option in der fstab noch eine Möglichkeit.
