    mit Dupletten gibt es im Ticket System eigentlich wenig Probleme,
    ich kann dir gerne beim<br class="gmail_msg">
    nächsten LUG Treffen mal zeigen wie wir das machen. Wir verwalten
    über unser Redmine etwa<br class="gmail_msg">
    250 - 300 Tickets pro Monat.<br class="gmail_msg">

                            werden können, also die Zuständigkeit
